DENTAL IMPLANTS: Service

Dental implant surgery

In order to prepare dental implant surgery, we need thorough examination including digital X-rays, 3D mapping, models, photographs, and consultation with specialist. Performance of dental implant depends on the type of implant and the condition of your jawbone. If you don’t have enough bone, you will need bone graftings and additional surgeries before placing the implant. When you have enough bone which is a foundation for implant, Dr. Bang will place the implant into your jawbone. The major benefit of implants is solid support for your new teeth — a process that requires the bone to heal tightly around the implant. Because integration of implant into jawbone requires time, the second stage procedure which involves in placing a crown process can take place in 3 to 6 months after the implant is placed on jawbone.
